This is a multi-phased effort that includes:

(1) Creating a Enterprise NonProd (Dev) account for the ADRM Team 
(2) Adding Account to the AWS Svc Cat
(3) Provision S3 Bucket
(4) Provision EKS Cluster
(5) Provide ADRM Team Access
(6) Support the Provisioning of EC2 
(7) Support Migration of Current development resources from the MITRE GovCloud to this CSvD Enterprise Non-Prod (Dev) Account

ADRM is moving their development effort from MITRE GovCloud to the Enterprise Non-Prod (Dev) environment.  Please see attached diagram

The title here is adrm-ced-nonprod but all the text is for an NPC account. This does not look accurate.

Will they be writing TF code for all this? The EKS will be deployed by CSVD. We probably need to also create a sub-repo for this so they work within their own space.
